Thomas Høegh
Arts Alliance Venture has since its inception in 1996 invested in more than 40 companies with focus on technology driving services. Thomas Hoegh founded in 2003 what would later become Europe's largest digital cinema system supplier , Arts Alliance Media. He has a degree in theater directing at Northwestern University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Thomas is currently on the board of Love Film, Kenshoo, Kiala, Daylife and City Screen. Thomas has always focused on "user experience" from a creative, strategic and economic perspective. His background as an artist and business talent is a driving force at Arts Alliance Media. Thomas has directed more than 20 major theatrical, television and multimedia productions in Norway, Japan and the USA.

Johan Anstensrud
Johan Anstensrud is chairman of the NDA board. He is CEO of Bisnode Norway. Johan has broad experience in several growth and service companies with international focus, relocation through effective new partnerships, and has, in 5 countries, led business startup projects applying organizational design and partnership negotiations.
He has a master's degree from Harvard University and a degree from the Norwegian Defense Intelligence and Security School.
Johan has many years of involvement with international business, including his experience as Country Manager at Microsoft in Russia.

Petter Benestad
Petter Benestad is the theater director at Kristiansand Cinema and has for many years had a leading role in the development of the cinema industry in Norway. He has led Kristiansand Cinema for 27 years and held various board positions including Norsk Film AS, Norsk Film studio AS, the trade association Film & Kino, Den norske Filmfestivalen AS and the Norwegian Cinema Manager’s 'Association, where he was chairman. Peter was one of the founders of the original D-Cinema option in Kristiansand in 2006, which later changed its name to NDA. He has had an active and strategic role on the NDA board since its start up.
In recent years, Peter initiated a regional movie theater chain, KINOSØR (Cinema South), which includes cinemas in the south of Norway -Kristiansand, Arendal, Grimstad and Farsund. Peter was also the initiator of the Kristiansand International Childrens Film Festival, which has, through the past 14 years, evolved to become one of the leading children's film festivals in Europe.
