NDA Service og Support

NDA has a dedicated service and support team, ensuring that all of our customers receive  the help and assistance they need and are entitled to according to the agreements and contracts of the individual company – D-cinema, E-Cinema, Lobby etc. Our NOC (Network Operation Center) has remote access to systems supplied by NDA and can help customers with diagnosis, error correction and can perform upgrades and restoring of the equipment. This ensures smooth and stable operations and simplifies error reporting for our customers. We are also capable of monitoring a number of critical elements.

We will follow up your request as quickly as possible and within the deadlines specified in your agreement with NDA.

Support D-Cinema

  • Our D-cinema support is open daily, from 08: 00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., 365 days a year.

    • Have you tried turning the server and projector, off/on?
    • Have you checked the net access?
    • Have you received notification of equipment failures or maintenance on the network?

  • For assistance regarding lobby or advertising support systems, our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 a.m. until 04:00 p.m.
